Quick Card Class

Here is a little preview of two of the cards we will be making at my Saturday April 4th class (Quick Cards - Flowers and Winged Things). We will be making 10 cards, all designs that can be put together in under 10 minutes, using flower, butterfly and bird stamps.

Although I am showing you a wonderful Chocolate Chip card, the class is primarily spring colours (So I know Cheryl, who is already signed up, will love these cards!) The class starts and 10am and the cost for this class is $25.

There is still a few spaces left so sign up ASAP.

You Quack me Up!

Here is cute little card made from the Animal Crackers stamp set. The animals in this set are just adorable. I bought it for the giraffe because I just love giraffe's but I haven't actually made a card with that stamp yet. The paper I used on this card is from the Washington Apple designer series paper.
I hope everyone had a nice March break, I know for some of you it went by far too fast. Only a few more weeks until the Easter break (and the new Hannah Montana movie Mary is counting down to!)

Heartfelt Thanks...

Heartfelt Thanks is a stamp set I have had since before I started Stampin Up, classes etc so I find it pushed to the back of all my stamp sets when something new and exciting is coming in. I was glad I pulled it out for this card because I think it's beautiful stamped on the pale plum. The "Warm Wishes" and the embossed border (Perfect Plum craft ink embossed with clear embossing powder) are both from the Beautiful Borders stamp set. The edge of the card is punched with the scallop edge punch. Purples are my new, gotta use colour since it has been severly neglected in my collection. In fact it's only been in the past month that I have had to buy new packs of Lovely Lilac, Perfect Plum etc.. cardstock since I started doing this....two years ago!
